This design included a new vertical made to order salad bar and personalized pizzas, made right in front of the customer.

We provided serpentine Servery counters that added more counter space, an induction station in a prominent location on line & a combination of different style seating areas, music system, warmer colors & decorative lighting.

We incorporated scattered stations throughout the space that eliminated long lines and improved throughput. We also made the space more timeless by incorporating wood and earth tones throughout.

The goal for this project was to open the space to create better circulation and incorporate the delivery of the multiple offerings into the dining space to provide interaction with the guests.

Atlantic spread stations throughout the dining space which, in turn, created some smaller seating spaces and pockets for booths that better suited both large groups and smaller more intimate spaces.

Altantic used some new concepts that brought the food preparation and cooking in front of the customer. We tried to use as many natural tones as we could to give it an earthy feel.

Lehigh was looking to open up the space and update the look, this was accomplished by removing walls and supplying new equipment, millwork and seating.

This project included adding multiple ordering stations, doubling the size of the Batista area and adding a grab & go station for students who needed to eat on the go.
