At Atlantic Culinary Environments, we take a complex situation and provide expert insight on how to resolve the challenges at hand utilizing effective and efficient solutions. From the outset, our sales and design teams work in concert with our clients to develop a clear scope of work based on the budget provided. Next, our creative team will prepare schematics and renderings to aid in visualizing the environment transformation. Finally, our Project Management team takes over to schedule and coordinate field surveys, engineering and fabrication, making certain all materials, equipment and installations stay on schedule until completed to the client’s expectations.

Having our own on-site manufacturing facilities and resources provides Atlantic the ability to completely control the form, function, quality and timeliness on the creation of products for our clients. Our manufacturing team is comprised of some of the most skilled craftsman in the industry today, and by using the latest technology and equipment available, they are able to be more efficient and consistently produce the highest quality products.

EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT

The right selection of equipment is paramount for the functionality, efficiency and aesthetics of a project. With decades of experience in the commercial kitchen business, Atlantic Culinary Environments uses that expertise to procure the right equipment at the best possible cost. Our knowledgeable staff guide our clients through the entire process of selecting the appropriate equipment to meet their unique needs.

INSTALLATION

The installation team at Atlantic Culinary Environments is a key pillar in our organization. We are fortunate to have such a strong team of dedicated and talented installers with a broad set of skills in many trades. No one project site is the same and our team is often faced with challenges that need to be addressed in order to complete the project on time. Having an experienced team in the field with the ability to overcome these obstacles is paramount to our success. When our team is on site, they work hand-in-hand with our clients to keep them abreast of the status of their project and to address any concerns they might have. We are continually reminded by our clients about how pleased they are with the quality of the workmanship and the level of professionalism of our installation team…. and we are too!

RENOVATION

Improvement initiatives to existing foodservice environments is very typical. However, the challenges that may arise can be quite overwhelming for many facilities groups to handle on their own. Regardless of how small or how large the project may be, having a single point of contact to take responsibility and coordinate the entire scope of work is critical. Equally important is the need for expertise in the food service industry and experience in effectively coordinating other trades. Since our inception in 1985, Atlantic Culinary Environments has completed hundreds of renovation projects of all types, sizes and complexities. With this culmination of experience and success, our team is well equipped to bring insight and value to our clients as a Design Build Manufacturer.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Each project Atlantic takes on has its own unique set of circumstances that must be properly managed in order to achieve the intended outcome of a successful project. Our team of Project Managers work closely with our Sales and Design teams to ensure an accurate and complete transition of knowledge on scope of work and client needs. They organize, schedule and align all resources necessary to complete the project, all while maintaining regular communications with our clients throughout the project life cycle.
